Strike action at the Port of Liverpool
Please be advised that Unite the Union has confirmed its members will now go on strike at the Port of Liverpool container operations from 19 September to 3 October. Mersey Port Health Authority is closely monitoring the situation, the likely impact of the strike action is unknown. However, Mersey Port Health Authority will be available to examine any goods that are presented to us for inspection.
